These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital content and services ("Services") provided by Roanoke Development LTD, trading as Roanoke Network ("Roanoke"). By making a purchase or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Roanoke Network is a Minecraft server operated and managed by Roanoke Development LTD.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to make purchases from our store. By using our store or purchasing access to Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We offer access to digital content including Minecraft server features, cosmetic items, game modifications, and other perks. These are delivered digitally via our Minecraft servers or associated platforms (such as Discord).
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

By playing on Roanoke Network, you agree to follow all in-game rules and community guidelines, which are published at discord.gg/roanoke and in-game via `/rules`.

By agreeing to these terms, and playing on Roanoke, you're confirming that you understand that breaking these rules will result in loss of access to our Services, and no refunds will be given for purchases. Chargebacks, covered below, will be contested and may be reported to your financial authority.

Digital items purchased through our store are usually delivered automatically within 2 hours. This includes in-game rewards, ranks, cosmetics, or any other server-based entitlements.
If your purchase has not arrived after 2 hours, you must open a support ticket via our Discord (discord.gg/roanoke). Most issues are resolved well within **24 hours** of the original purchase.
In rare cases — such as CraftingStore issues, PayPal/Stripe delays, or backend errors — delivery may take up to 24 hours. This is considered acceptable under our policy.

All original content, branding, and server modifications remain the property of Roanoke Development LTD or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Services without express permission.
